It’s a new year and we’re welcoming new customers to Le Bleu East Tennessee every day this month. We’re so thankful for every new customer that comes our way. As former small water delivery services in the area are acquired by larger national companies and costs increase for everyone, we want to make sure East Tennesseans know we’re still local, dependable and budget-friendly. This month’s blog will introduce our new customers and, hopefully, potential customers, to who we are as a local water delivery service in East Tennessee. Some people in East Tennessee may be searching for a new water delivery service or trying to decide if water delivery is something they need in the new year. If you’ve been with us since 2022 you probably already know most of this stuff, but search engine optimization…am I right?

 

First things first – WE ARE LOCAL.

We’re extremely proud to be one of the few choices for true local water delivery in East Tennessee. You won’t call an 800 number to reach our office, Le Bleu East Tennessee doesn’t even have an 800 number! Our warehouse is located in Knoxville. All of our emails and website inquiries are reviewed by an owner, not a robot customer service program. Our headquarters are located a short ways from Knoxville in Advance, North Carolina.

 

Little staff, big service.

We happily admit we’re a small shop! We don’t have a huge call center to handle our calls and emails, but you will speak with an owner when you call or email. Because we’re handling those phone calls, the call may need to go to our voicemail while we are helping another customer. Rest assured your call will be returned as soon as we’re able to do so. We have a small fleet of delivery vehicles. Most of the time, your order will be delivered to your door by the same gentleman that brought the order the previous visit and that same person will deliver your next order. With a small staff and fewer vehicles, we can control our business costs and pass those savings on to you!

 

Small business, small prices!

Unlike a lot of delivery services, we’re budget-friendly! Whether you order a 3-gallon jug of Ultra Pure Water or 10 cases of 1.5 liter bottles of Ultra Pure Water, the small delivery fee is charged per trip, not per item. Thanks to our bottle deposits, you don’t have to purchase our jugs. We really want you to return them to us so we can keep recycling them through our system. Bottle deposits keep your water costs and our operating costs lower. We try to expand our customer base with word-of-mouth over a lot of advertising, which also helps us minimize expenses that would get passed to old and new customers.

 

Hard-to-find products brought to you with personal service.

We stock 3-gallon jugs of our Ultra Pure Water because we understand one product won’t serve all of our customers. Some customers have limited storage space and appreciate the smaller jugs. Since 5-gallon jugs weigh around 40 pounds, some customers prefer a lighter jug when loading their coolers. We listen to our customers and make sure our services and products fit their needs.
