When you start as a new customer with Le Bleu East Tennessee, your delivery date may be in the beginning part of the month. As the months roll on, your delivery date may now be at the end of the month. Why is that? In January’s blog, we’re answering this common question.

The easiest illustration of how this happens is in the example calendar below. This is a sample calendar for a customer that started monthly service with us on Tuesday, January 28, 2025. Each red date is a scheduled delivery day. Our monthly service means that we will visit your home and/or office to exchange your empty jugs for full jugs every fourth Tuesday after the first date. As the calendar goes through the year, the date moves back in the month. By June, your delivery date has moved to the middle of the month. In the last quarter of the year, we are visiting early in the months. The same amount of time passes between our delivery dates (4 weeks), but the date will change over time.

This process helps us run our routes efficiently and manage our inventory to guarantee we can always supply our customers with the requested products. Even though your date may change each month, your day of the week should remain consistent unless a holiday or weather conditions require an adjustment.

We understand it can be hard to remember the last time you received water. To minimize that confusion, we send a reminder to your email on file with us the day before our scheduled delivery day. It’s our hope that this email will help to remind you to put out your empty jugs so we know how many waters to leave the next day. You can also reply to the email to adjust your order with more or less products or you can request that we skip your scheduled stop if you still have enough water to last until your next delivery date.

While the date may seem hard to predict, there’s a rhyme and reason to our process and we try to take steps to minimize the confusion. In addition to your daily reminder email, we can also send you your own version of the calendar in the picture. Reach out to service@lebleuwater.com with your full name/business name to request a calendar. We know inboxes get busy, so you can always request a new calendar at any time.

Many popular digital calendars allow you to create repeating events that will send notifications every fourth Tuesday. You can even schedule the reminder for the night before or morning of so you never miss putting out your empty jugs. Setting up an event in your phone’s calendar may also help you keep track of your water schedule. We hope this answered the delivery date dilemma and helped to see how we try to operate the business as efficiently as possible while still meeting customer needs across East Tennessee. We’re always here to help you hydrate and answer ANY question. Call us at 865-408-8584 or email us at hello@lebleuwater.com
