How much does water delivery cost?
The cost depends on how much product you order, but the delivery fee is just $2 for each delivery. We don’t increase the delivery fee if you increase the product amount. You can calculate your total cost for an order on our handy tool featured on a previous blog post here:
I’ve seen your water in businesses around the East Tennessee area. Do you deliver water to residential addresses?
YES! A large amount of our customers are residential customers. We’ve even had a few customers contact us after tasting our water at their workplace. One October morning we delivered to a Tennessee football tailgate! If you’re in East Tennessee, we will deliver water to you!
Do you have different prices for residential versus business customers?
No, we offer our low prices to every customer! We know that every budget, whether it’s household or business, needs low costs with high quality service. Le Bleu East Tennessee wants to give you the best service when bringing you the best water for the best prices.
Is a contract required for water delivery?
Never! We think our water and service is so great that there’s no need to “lock” a customer into a business relationship with us. Our Ultra Pure Water and genuine customer service make our customers want to do business with us. You’ll speak with an owner when you call, text or email us. We don’t route our calls to a service center outside of the state or country. We’re a small business with a hands-on approach to communication and service for our customers. While other water delivery companies may expect you to sign a lengthy contract and require you to order a certain number of jugs and/or cases each month, we understand that situations change and some months you will use more or less Ultra Pure Water. There’s no penalty for life happening when you’re a Le Bleu East Tennessee customer!
How is distilled water different than the water delivered by other companies?
Our water is JUST water: 11% hydrogen and 89% oxygen. No minerals. No chemicals. Our corporate website does a great job of explaining all the things that go into making our water JUST water. You can read more here: The Le Bleu Difference.
What is the shelf life of distilled water?
Le Bleu Ultra Pure Water doesn’t expire! Our Ultra Pure Water is just water. Because it’s only hydrogen and oxygen, the FDA does not require us to carry an expiration date on our distilled water. Other waters on the market require an expiration date because they have carbon material that decays over time.
