The Best Water. The Best Customers. Le Bleu East Tennessee Customer Appreciates First Responders in May.

Last month we were so happy to share the second work anniversary of our dear delivery driver, Jeff. This month we’re following up that good news with a great story about one of our early customers that allows us to assist in an annual gesture to first responders in her community.

Every May since 2022, Lydia Kordalewski contacts Le Bleu East Tennessee to help with a special delivery for first responders. She donates premium Ultra Pure Water in the blue bottles to the local police departments as May is a month that includes National Police Week and National Peace Officers Memorial Day. This year, she added a local fire station to her hydration donation. Ms. Kordalewski says, “One day in May, as I was drinking a bottle of Le Bleu, I thought this would be a great gift for the officers in blue. Le Bleu for the Blue,” and from that connection, an annual tradition was started. Ms. Kordalewski went on to explain, “it’s important for them to have a bottle of water in their vehicles to stay hydrated.” We are happy to incorporate the generous water delivery in our route every year. We make sure to put a note on each case of water so the officers know they’re appreciated by Ms. Kordalewski and their community. Helping our customers appreciate (and hydrate!) those that keep us safe is definitely a highlight of our small business.

Ms. Kordalewski lives in Sevierville, Tennessee, and loves the friendly people in the area that are always willing to help someone. She has admired first responders since she was a little girl. Ms. Kordalewski stated that officers have dangerous jobs and sometimes they need a show of appreciation from the community. She was one of our first customers and we’re so thankful for her continued support. She recalls finding Le Bleu water in a grocery store in Cherokee, North Carolina, and loving the taste and lack of chemicals or pollutants in the water. It’s common to find Le Bleu water in North Carolina, the state where Le Bleu was founded. Ms. Kordalewski researched home delivery and found us in the first few months of starting Le Bleu East Tennessee. We’ve enjoyed delivering Ultra Pure Water to her, and helping with the community outreach, ever since.
