How do I sign up for service?

What are bottle deposits?
Bottle deposits are a standard industry practice to ensure the return of multi-gallon bottles. We charge a one-time bottle deposit of $7.00 for each 3- or 5-gallon bottle. This is a fully refundable deposit and is typically only charged on your initial supply of bottles. On most deliveries, we will normally exchange an equal number of full bottles for your empty bottles. However, if on a subsequent order you increase (or decrease) your inventory of bottles, you will be charged (or credited) the appropriate bottle deposits.
Do I need to be home for deliveries?
Other than the initial set-up of your service and account, you do not need to be home for us to make deliveries. On your scheduled delivery days, you simply need to leave your empty bottles by your front door (or any other pre-arranged spot) and we will replace them with the same number of full bottles.
How much water will I use?
For residential service, the average usage is approximately one bottle per person, per month. So an average family of four would go through approximately four bottles per month. Again, this is simply an average – your usage may vary. For residential accounts, we typically deliver water every four weeks on a regularly scheduled route.
For business accounts, the average usage is approximately half of a bottle per person, per month. Again, this average does vary considerably based on individual habits, etc. For business accounts, we typically deliver water every two or four weeks, depending on usage.
If you ever run low on water, just give us a call and we will make a special delivery.
Do I have to order 3- or - 5-gallon jugs to get cases of smaller water bottles?
No, jugs are not a requirement for Le Bleu East Tennessee’s delivery services. We’re happy to deliver cases of our convenient water bottles in sizes ranging from 10 ounces to 1.5 liters without orders for our 3- or 5-gallon products.
How often do you deliver your water?
We deliver on regularly scheduled routes. The routes are typically every two, four, or eight weeks, depending on your usage.
What if I miss a delivery?
On your scheduled delivery days, simply leave your empty bottles by your front door (or any other pre-arranged spot) and we will replace them with the same number of full bottles. If you forget to leave your bottles out, locate an exchange station here and exchange your empty 3- or 5-gallon bottles for full bottles at your convenience.

Absolutely! What is your return policy?
Le Bleu East Tennessee does not accept exchanges or returns on any food or beverage item, including, but not limited to, full or partially used 3- or 5-gallon water and cases of water.
